Crowds erupted with laughter as the cute dog helped Camilla with a plaque unveiling at the south London animal rescue centre. Jack Russell Beth is one of two dogs owned by Camilla and Prince Charles. Both are rescue dogs adopted from Battersea nine years ago.

Cute Beth and Bluebell first hit the headlines when accompanying the Camilla to Battersea back in 2017 when the dogs jumped on TV star Amanda Holden.

And Beth was keen to regain the spotlight today, grabbing hold of a rope for the unveiling in front of the press and public.

Camilla laughed at the dog’s antics at the charity of which the Duchess is a regular visitor.

Camilla became a patron of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home three years ago.
