Ministers have now announced their intention to initiate a three-tier system for the country as a whole.
They announced the plan last month, but only recently gained assent from Government officials and politicians.
Another announcement could come next week, with a full-rollout in mid-October.
The new system aims to replace the asynchronous COVID-19 restrictions across the country.
