The former Labour leader was recently forced to apologise after he broke the coronavirus rule of six when he was pictured attending a dinner party with nine guests. Now he has been pictured at a memorial service in honour of Occupy Wall Street founder David Graeber, which was attended by a crowd of approximately 100 people.
Rules to fight the COVID-19 crisis say no more than 30 people should attend memorials and funerals.
But Mr Corbyn was pictured at the “anarchists’ carnival” in Notting Hill, West London, which featured live music, and at some points not wearing a face covering when speaking to organiser and Mr Graeber’s widow, Nika Dubrovsky.
A carnival spokesman said: “Organisers performed COVID-related risk assessments, had stewards to enforce them, and were in contact with the authorities.”
A Westway Trust spokesman, a local charity in charge of the Portobello Green, said it gave permission for the memorial carnival to go ahead.
A source from the Trust told the Daily Mail events were expected to comply with the rules to fight the coronavirus crisis.
It comes after the Islington North MP was spotted at a house party with nine guests in total, including his wife Laura Alvarez, 51, in what is a clear breach of the current “rule of six” guidelines.

Mr Corbyn attended the dinner party to remember Mr Graeber, the American anthropologist who died last month at the age of 59.
His widow MsDubrovsky was among those who showed up to the dinner party.
The 71-year-old dodged a hefty fine after openly flouting the coronavirus “rule of six” after the Metropolitan Police confirmed they would not slap him with a penalty.
