Kate’s big day comes as the Cambridges spend lockdown at Anmer Hall, their 10-bedroom Georgian mansion at Sandringham.
The couple left London for Norfolk in December soon after George and Charlotte’s school, Thomas’s Battersea, broke up for Christmas.
Their plan was to return before the start of term after spending Christmas with Kate’s parents – Michael and Carole Middleton – at their home in Bucklebury, Berkshire.
But the family were forced to cancel their festive plans and stay in Norfolk when the Government changed its lockdown advice.
The Cambridges are expected to remain at Anmer for at least the next seven weeks, combining occasional remote royal duties with home schooling George, seven, Charlotte, five, and Louis, two.
Aides have praised the once-shy Kate’s growing confidence and vastly improved public speaking skills as she clocks up 10 years as a member of the Royal Family.
The duchess has vowed to spend the rest of her royal career highlighting early years child development.
