Zara and Mike already have two daughters – Lena, two, and Mia, six.
Speaking on the latest episode of his The Good, The Bad & The Rugby podcast, Mike said: “It’s been a good week for me, had a little scan last week – third Tindall on its way.”
He added: “I’d like a boy this time, I’ve got two girls, I would like a boy.
“I’ll love it whether a boy or a girl – but please be a boy.”

Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William posed on the steps of the Lindo Wing following the births of each of their three children.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry also stepped out for a photoshoot in the days following their son Archie Harrison’s birth.
However, Zara and Mike are afforded more privacy than senior royals and are highly unlikely to pose for photos with their little one following the birth.
