Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William returned to their London home of Kensington Palace earlier this month as the eldest two Cambridge children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, prepared to return to school. The Cambridge couple shared their first Instagram reel featuring them making bagels at East London’s famous Beigel Bake on Brick Lane.
Prince William and Kate shared their first-ever Instagram Reel this week.
The feature allows users to create 15-second multi-clip videos along with audio, text and graphics.
The footage showed the Cambridge couple visiting Beigel Bake on London’s Brick Lane to hear ore about how the business worked during the pandemic and how the reduction in hours had affected staff members.
Kate and William also learned more about how the bakery donated food and made deliveries to the local community amid the pandemic.

Prior to the coronavirus lockdown, the famous bakery operated 24/7.
However, once restrictions began the bakery reduced its hours and many staff members were furloughed.
The couple then took to the kitchen to knead some dough and prepare it for the next stage of the baking process.
Earlier on Tuesday, the couple also visited the London Bridge Jobcentre, the London Muslim Centre and the East London Mosque.
Cases rose by 90 or more in the seven days to September 12 in six boroughs.
These boroughs were Ealing, Enfield, Hounslow, Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets.
In terms of local lockdown interventions, the area with the lowest case rate to get these last week was Sandwell.
Sandwell had a weekly case rate of 22.6 cases per 100,000 people.
The Cambridge family are living at Kensington Palace which is in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
There have been 788 cases of coronavirus in this borough, with a rate of 504.7 per 100,000 people.
In Kensington, the currently weekly case rate is 27.5, with 43 new cases recorded in the seven days to September 12.
These figures compare to 3,304 cases and a rate of 364 per 100,000 people in Norfolk, where the Cambridge family spent most of lockdown.
