The bridge has been closed in both directions. There are also cordons in place between Lambeth Palace Road and Millbank.
BBC Radio London Travel tweeted: “#Lambeth Bridge is currently closed due to an Emergency Services incident. Expect long delays in the area, especially because of the #Vauxhall Bridge closure.”
