Footage posted on social media show several police cars and vans near the entrance of the tunnel in London. One person tweeted saying they do not know what is happening but “seems like a major incident”.
When asked where the incident was happening, they tweeted: “Surrey Quays.
“And the tunnel, either coincidentally or accidentally, is also closed.”
