Mr Icke tweeted earlier: “Stand up for your freedoms. I’ll see you there.”
He has been vocally opposed to lockdown measuresa since the restrictions were first introduced.
At the end of August, Jeremy Corbyn’s brother Piers Corbyn also led an anti-lockdown protest in London.
Mr Corbyn was fined £10,000 under newly-introduced coronavirus laws.
