Meghan Markle and Prince Harry spoke to TIME CEO Edward Felsenthal on a video call to discuss the impact of coronavirus. While speaking, both the Duke and Duchess highlighted how they are using this as an opportunity to spend more time with their son Archie. They added that they have been utilising the time during the pandemic to watch his growth and development.
Mr Felsenthal said: “How are you doing in the pandemic?
“You are doing so much work for others and it is important that we all check in with each other during this crazy and challenging time in the world.”
Meghan replied: “Thank you, with all things considered everyone is grappling with a different version of the same thing.
“I think for us we are just trying to embrace all of the quality time we get with our son.

“Right now we don’t want to miss a single moment of his growth and development, it has been really special.”
Prince Harry added that during the pandemic it is important to push for significant answers when asking how someone is rather than a generic response.
He answered: “I think when people ask how are you, it is a case of really how are you now.
“Before this year everyone really throws that term around and everyone is satisfied with a yeah I’m good and then moving on to something else.
“This year, more so more than ever, it is a question of, no, really how are you.
“To answer that we are good and there is stuff to be focussed on, a lot of work.
“As Meghan said this is an opportunity to spend more time as a family than we probably would otherwise.”

During previous video interviews, Harry has reiterated how much appreciates being able to use this time at home to spend time with his son and Meghan.
He said on a video call to the Rugby Football League: “I’m just unbelievably fortunate and grateful to have outdoor space and see my son able to be outside, because I know so many people just haven’t had that opportunity in the last five months.
“Our little man is our number one priority but our work after that is the second priority and we are just trying to do everything we can to do our part to make the world a better place.”
The Duke also joked he needs “a few mini rugby balls that I can then get Archie involved with the game, because at the moment it’s impossible to find any”.
