The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family last year to seek financial independence. As part of their deal with the Queen, Meghan and Harry agreed to have a 12-month review with the Palace.
After stepping down from being senior royals, the Sussexes relocated to the US with their baby son Archie.
Their Megxit review is expected to take place in March, a year after the Sussexes officially stopped performing royal duties.
However, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic which has hit America and the UK hard, royal fans have wondered whether Harry and Meghan will return to the UK to discuss their future roles in the Firm.
Royal biographer Andrew Morton said Prince Harry wants to return to Britain in order to meet the Queen “face to face”.
He told the Sun: “Although they will do some of it by Zoom, Harry wants to meet face to face to tie it all up.”
Mr Morton also said Prince Harry has been in contact with his grandmother “more often than you would think”.
He said: “Things seem to have calmed down. Harry has been in contact with the Queen more often than you would think.
“But certain things you need to be there in person to sort. They will need a few weeks.

Trooping the Colour is usually held in public in London and could be the first time fans see the couple reunite with the Royal Family.
Since stepping down as senior royals, Meghan and Harry have signed deals with the streaming giants Netflix and Spotify.
A royal expert has warned the Sussexes are likely to face “bear traps everywhere” since their commercial deals.
Royal commentator Penny Junor explained how the couple no longer benefit from “golf standard” advisers at Buckingham Palace.
She said Meghan and Harry’s deal with Netflix has faced criticism because the site produced the controversial royal series The Crown.
Ms Junor told PA news: “I think unhappily, it is very difficult to square up being a member of the royal family with commercial activity because there are bear traps everywhere.
“I’m sure it never crossed Harry and Meghan’s minds about The Crown, possibly being negative or damaging when they got their wonderful contract from Netflix.
“But the problem is that they left those gold standard advisers when they left Buckingham Palace, when they turned their back on the help that they were getting.”
Meghan and Harry released the first episode of their Archewell podcast on Spotify last month.
The couple were joined by a lineup of celebrities including James Corden and Sir Elton John.
