Meghan and Prince Harry’s relationship blossomed in July 2016 after a blind date. They made their first public outing as a couple in 2017.

Ono, who married John Lennon in 1969, was judged by many to have influenced the breakup of The Beatles a year later.
This belief remains strong with some despite bandmate Sir Paul McCartney stating it is not true.
In an interview with Elle, historian Robert Lacey describes similarities between the headstrong women.
He said: “Meghan is curiously like Diana in her subversion of the Royal Family.
“The other person I compare [Meghan] to is Yoko Ono; a determined, original woman who came into a set of British folk heroes and stole one of Britain’s cherished folk heroes.
“She [Yoko] made John [Lennon] her own.
“The same is true for Harry and Meghan.

Harry, as evidenced in a 2007 TV interview in which he describes plans to move to Africa “in a humanitarian aspect”, had always been committed to charity and helping others.
Meghan, meanwhile, worked in a soup kitchen in Skid Row, Los Angeles when she was 13 years old.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told Express.co.uk of their shared devotion. He said: “The humanitarian aspect of Meghan and Harry’s earlier lives is pivotal to what they want to do, as you can see with the launch of Archewell.”
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they would be stepping back from their duties as senior members of the Royal Family in January 2020.

Lennon left the UK and moved to New York with Ono in 1971.
Ono, 87, is also known for peace activism. One of her most famous demonstrations came in March 1969 when she and her late husband held a ‘Bed-In for Peace’ in their honeymoon suite at the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel.
Lennon referenced this in The Ballad of John and Yoko, released in May 1969, in which commented on the significant press attention they received.
He wrote: “Newspapers said,
“She’s gone to his head,
“They look just like two gurus in drag.”
