As reported earlier this year, the main Learning at Work Week campaign is usually held each May. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic a low-key digital campaign was held at the usual time, with the main campaign moved to October to coincide with National Customer Service Week.

Both campaigns have great significance for members of the Operational Delivery Profession, many of whom deliver directly to customers or work behind the scenes supporting those who do.

Whether you work in Jobcentres, contact centres or in our Border Force locations, Learning at Work and National Customer Service Week give you the opportunity to re-focus, think about your skills and make sure you have everything you need to excel in your role.

Throughout the week, we will provide links to a range of specially selected learning, designed to highlight customer service and specific ODP learning. We will signpost to short videos, articles and Civil Service Learning that will hopefully inspire and ignite your passion for operational delivery.

If you are looking for inspiration, take a look at our Development offer and Your Learning Map to get started and follow us on social media to find our weekly Learning Blasts.

So, whatever your interest, make sure you get involved, check out our social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn for daily updates and share with your teams. Tag us in @OpsDelProf and get involved with the conversation.
