Prince William and Kate could choose to celebrate and exchange presents on Christmas Day now they won’t be spending it with the rest of the royals.
Christmas is a time for family and George, Charlotte and Louis will have enjoyed spending most Christmases with their royal cousins.
But this year Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex are due to spend Christmas at Bagshot Park in Surrey with their children – Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn.
Princess Beatrice, 32, and Princess Eugenie, 30, are both currently stuck at home in London under Tier 4 restrictions, as are their parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson in Windsor.
