Forget-me-nots were one of the favourite flowers of Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana.
Harry’s sweet gesture was incredibly significant this week, as August 31 marked the 23rd anniversary of Diana’s tragic death in 1997.
Omid Scobie, royal commentator and co-author of the recent biography on Harry and Meghan, Finding Freedom, wrote on Twitter of the couple’s visit: “Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan visited kids at @TheLeague_LA to replant the Preschool Learning Center’s garden and instill the importance of healthy eating.
“The visit took place on the anniversary of Princess Diana’s passing and Forget-Me-Not seeds were planted in her memory”.
