During the first annual Royal Foundation Forum on February 2018, Prince Harry hinted the foursomes’ differences may cause them to separate.
During the forum, he said: “Working as a family does have its challenges.
“The fact that everyone here is laughing means they know exactly what it is like.”
Mr Burrell said: “We should have all seen it coming.

“Prince William and Kate wanted to do things their way and Prince Harry and Meghan wanted to do things their way.
“And they could not meet in the middle.”
Ms Andrews noted the four royals, at the time, had the best intentions of continuing to work together on their charitable endeavours.
She said: “If anyone has any doubts about the falling out between Prince Harry and Prince William, you only have to look back at that forum back in February.”
She said: “The four of them were talking about how they were going to work together.
“How they were going to go forward and take the charitable vehicle.
“They were talking about how it was going to be amazing and they did some amazing things together.
“Then just 16 months on it is all just ashes.”
