The two princes were said to have drifted apart over recent years, with Harry previously admitting they were “going down different paths”. But they now appear to be mending their distant relationship as Harry is reported to have sent presents to his neice Princess Charlotte and nephews Prince George and Louis, as well as William and Kate with added messages written by Meghan.
Mr Morton told : “Harry has sent presents to William and Kate and the calligraphy has been done by Meghan.
“He plans to speak to his father and brother over Christmas.”
Harry has been living in California, in the US, for most of this year after he dramatically quit the Royal Family with Meghan.
The couple are unlikely to return to the UK before next year due to the coronavirus pandemic restrictions.
The royals have all been forced to change their Christmas plans this year as they will be unable to meet up.
During the Duke and Duchess’ Royal Train Tour earlier this month, William told students in Cardiff: “It is so difficult, we are still trying to make plans. It’s difficult to know what to do for the best.”
Harry and Meghan are expected to spend Christmas with Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland and their son Archie.
Meanwhile, William and Kate will also be having a quiet Christmas with their three children, although it is not known if they will be visiting their in-laws.

Reports of a rift between the two brothers first started to emerge after Harry and Meghan split from their joint charity with William and Kate.
Harry went on to talk publicly about his relationship with William and said that “inevitably stuff happens”.
He added this was especially due to such a high-profile role and a family that lives under pressure.
He said in the ITV documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey: “We are brothers. We will always be brothers.
“We are certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him as I know he will always be there for me.
“We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we are so busy but I love him dearly.
“The majority of the stuff is created out of nothing but as brothers, you know, you have good days, you have bad days.”
Kensington Palace did not comment on Mr Morton’s claims.
