Meghan Markle and Harry kept their son Archie’s gender a secret during pregnancy, despite knowing they were expecting a boy for months, book Finding Freedom has claimed.
In the biography authors, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand write: “Harry and Meghan already had a name ready when Archie was born because the couple had known all along that they were having a boy.”
The book claims they settled on a name for Archie in the final week of Meghan’s pregnancy.
Mr Scobie and Ms Durand write: “They wanted something traditional, a name that was powerful even without a title in front of it. Archie, meaning strength and bravery, fit the bill.”
