Adult tickets are currently on sale for £14 while children’s tickets cost £10.
Luminate’s organiser Daniel Maycock confirmed that a portion of the event’s profits would go towards the running of the Sandringham Estate, as would all the concessions made in the onsite cafe and shop.
The Sandringham Shop and Terrace cafe will remain open until 9.30pm on Winter Light Trail dates.
Despite not being part of the Crown Estate, Sandringham is likely to have suffered financial losses during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sandringham is usually open to the public and makes revenue to support its running from its shop and cafes but had to close its doors for much of the pandemic.
In September, The Crown Estate which includes London’s Regent Street, the Windsor Estate and retail parks said it expected the value of its profits and property to be badly affected by the pandemic.
