Meghan’s half-sister is to release her first book, The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister Part 1, this Sunday. Samantha has warned the Duchess of Sussex may not find “comfortable” some of the things she reported in her memoir.
However, amid concerns for the content of the book, Meghan can count on Prince Harry.
A source who spoke to InTouch Weekly magazine said the Duke of Sussex is “totally supporting Meghan and doesn’t believe a word that comes out of Samantha’s mouth.”
Samantha has made clear her book is not a “slamming tell-all story” attacking Meghan – but will unveil new details about the Duchess.
She said: “I don’t know if she will be comfortable with it.
“Some things she will and some things she won’t.
“It’s fair and balanced. Naturally, some things she will like and some things she won’t.
“Truth is stranger than fiction, and I have predicated myself on the truth.”
Speaking to about the content of the book, she added: “It deals with my life and my perspective on several issues in the road as they intersect with this royal event in history.

“There was an awful lot going on as this royal fairytale fell off the tea towels.
“How that affects us as people and how the world reacted and what it really meant to us as a family.
“There was a lot going on behind closed doors that the world didn’t know.”
Samantha and Meghan are related through their father Thomas Markle Snr.

Samantha’s book will be released as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex remain in their Californian mansion with 19-month-old Archie.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may stop being “It couple of the moment” one day and may want their royal life back, a commentator has warned.
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex may not be as relevant as they are now in the future, according to US Weekly’s host Molly Mulshine.
The presenter claimed the couple may want their life with the Royal Family back at some point during a discussion with co-host Christina Garibaldi.
She said: “I think there will come a day when Meghan and Harry are no longer the It couple of the moment.
“Maybe they will want a little bit of a quieter life back within the royal fold.
“You just never know, so I think that might be why they want to keep that door open.”
