The Royal Family have not had many chances to meet all together in person over the past few months as they have been forced to adhere to the rules of the coronavirus lockdown. But as restrictions have eased some members have been able to meet once again meaning cute nicknames are being used once more. Express.co.uk has compiled a list of the sweetest names used by the Royal Family.
Baby Archie
The youngest member of the Royal Family is Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
The one-year-old has been given a number of adorable nicknames in heartfelt videos.
One such name was recently heard in a short clip feature Prince Harry in a video conference which took place in honour of the Rugby Football League’s birthday.
The Duke of Sussex referenced his son as “our little man”, warming the hearts of royal fans everywhere.
Meghan Markle also has an adorable name for her son: Arch, which she affectionately used in a touching video released to celebrate his first birthday.
When Archie was younger, the Duchess of Sussex was also overheard calling her son “Bubba”.

The Queen
The Queen and Prince Philip have been married for 73 years this November and like many members of her family, he has often chosen to use her nickname of Lilibet.
This nickname was coined by her father King George VI who famously said: “Lilibet is my pride. Margaret is my joy.”
But the Duke of Edinburgh also has is own nickname for her: Cabbage.
Royal biographer Robert Lacey, told day Times back in 2006, the Duke of Edinburgh affectionately calls his wife Cabbage.
Mr Lacey said: “Yes, I’ve heard that is how he will sometimes refer to her.”
Zara Tindall
Famous former rugby player Mike Tindall has previously revealed a couple of nicknames for his wife.
While on a podcast with Alex Payne and James Haskell where he engaged in a game of Would you rather, the sportsman revealed he calls Zara, Zoey.
Mr Tindall said: “Could we take Zoey out of it? Because obviously if it’s my wife I would marry my wife.”
He also previously revealed he calls her Zed after his youngest daughter Lena walked into the room and began talking whilst he was recording the podcast.
Speaking on the House of Rugby podcast, he told Alex Payne: “Sorry, Lena’s just on fire at the moment, she’s never quiet. I did just send Zed a message, going ‘Shush please,’ so she’s obviously moving from somewhere.”
Meghan Markle
Prince Charles is said to be very close to the Duchess of Sussex and reportedly coined a touching name for her: Tungsten.
Speaking to the Daily Mail sources revealed that Charles called the Duchess of Sussex Tungsten, after he likened her tough and unbending personality to the strong metal.
The source told the Daily Mail: “Prince Charles admires Meghan for her strength and the backbone she gives Harry, who needs a tungsten-type figure in his life as he can be a bit of a softy.”
Prince Harry also has a nickname for his wife: Meg, which he revealed during an Invictus Games Reception in April 2018.
