Hertfordshire based comedian, writer and presenter, Katherine Ryan has announced the birth of her baby via an Instagram story.
Katherine, who was recently showing off her baby bump in a poolside photoshoot just two weeks after she announced her pregnancy seems to have given birth overnight.
The 37-year-old stand up comic and star of Duchess revealed she was expecting the child two weeks ago with her partner, Bobby Kootstra.
Ryan lives with Koostra and her daughter from a previous relationship in Hertfordshire and has been in a civil partnership with Bobby since 2019, this is their first child. The couple are both Canadian and were childhood sweethearts.
The post on her Instagram story reads: “I have a really good reason why yesterday’s podcast is late” with a picture of a glowing Katherine and their new baby.
She hosts a podcast called ‘Telling Everybody Everything’ in which she chats about life and the pettiness of it all, it has run for 60 episodes so far.
